The Challenge
We were approached by a highly qualified and experienced personal trainer who wanted to expand his offering of specialist fitness classes. First we worked with him to create a new brand name and logo that could form the foundation for a wide reaching marketing campaign. A key part of this would be a consistent, professional social media presence.
Offering small group fitness training classes, our client wanted to target anyone who wanted to get a bit fitter, but wasn’t making much progress at the gym. We had to create social media pages that would easily convey to fitness novices what the company offered, and why it was a great option for training.
The Solution
Having worked closely with the client to create the brand name and logo, our team’s personal interest in fitness training gave us a strong starting point. We knew the Key USPs to convey and had a solid understanding of the visual style that the client was looking for.
We created header graphics for Facebook and Twitter that drew on the brands colour scheme and font styles to be visually consistent with each other, and the web design project we also worked on. These header designs have to be subtly resized and reformatted for each platform, while keeping the key components consistent.
In this case, we used and edited a series of images taken by client on our recommendation. This meant we could visually cover a range of themes and convey the accessibility of the service immediately to anyone who visited the pages.
The result was a series of consistent, vibrant and informative social media pages that clearly linked with the web design project, essential for long term social media success.
