We measure success using a variety of key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide insight into how well each campaign performs. These metrics include open rates, which show how many recipients opened the email, and click-through rates, indicating the number of subscribers who clicked on a link within the email. We also track conversion rates to measure how many recipients took the desired action, such as making a purchase or signing up for an event. Furthermore, we calculate the overall return on investment, comparing the revenue generated from email marketing against the costs. Detailed reports are provided to highlight successes and areas for improvement.
